Circle Takes The Square Foundation is a Non-Profit based out of Raleigh, NC. The purpose of the nonprofit is to help allow our youth to have the opportunity to be more rounded individuals by exploring their artistic and athletic abilities. To carry out its purpose we make it our goal to provide art, music, and athletic equipment to individuals who otherwise would not have the means or opportunity to obtain them. In rough economic times it is often the less fortunate who get ignored first. All to often do you see a gifted athlete who doesn’t want to play sports because they are to embarrass to tell friends that their parents can’t afford a uniform. Instead they tell everyone that they hate sports, this just causes them to give up on their talents. We often hear of schools or other institutions not having money for art and music supplies. Teachers make for too little money to be paying for supplies out of pocket. Circle Takes The Square Foundation works in conjunction with schools and others non-profits to assist in making sure that we don’t forget about our youth. Future goals will be to develop scholarships, youth centers and camps that focus on arts and athletics. We hope that over time we can grow into other communities around the nation but for now each person that we help in our local community fulfills our goal.
